Projectline is excited to announce its inclusion on the 2009 Seattle Business Monthly Washington’s Top 100 Companies to Work For list.
“Seattle Business Magazine celebrates companies that know how to treat their employees well,” states the publication. “From large firms with hundreds of employees to small boutique shops, we find businesses that do it right so that others can learn by their example.”
To earn a spot on the list, companies must average a high employee ranking on a number of workplace criteria, ranging from benefits packages and wages to non-traditional perks, company culture, overall fulfillment, and more.
Competing against hundreds of other Washington-based companies, Projectline earned a spot among the top companies in the Small Company category.
Projectline has experienced rapid growth since its founding in 2003, and the company’s owners are proud that their expanding team of employees continues to recognize Projectline as an exceptional place to work. “We’re still a small company by some standards, but we’ve grown by leaps and bounds in the past five years,” says Projectline Chief Operating Officer David Jones. “It’s fantastic to know that as our company has matured and flourished, we’ve been able to maintain the aspects of our business that make us a great employer in our team’s eyes.”
A division of Tiger Oak Publications, Seattle Business Monthly is Washington’s leading monthly business magazine, offering updates and insights on local business happenings.
