She has been with Projectline since 2005 and specializes in customer reference program development, case study management, and lead generation. Her expertise lies in new customer enrollment, managing customer relationships, and raising the profile of customer evidence for technology firms. Prior to joining Projectline Services, she was marketing manager for a medical manufacturing company where she created and coordinated a range of marketing collateral, managed worldwide vendor relations, and developed successful customer satisfaction strategies.
