Team Member: Anna Strickland

Anna earned her degree in Communications at Washington State University and moved to Seattle, where she put her background in guest services and event planning to work as Marketing Coordinator at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. She then took a detour away from Seattle to provide hospitality services to guests on a private yacht that traveled from Alaska through the Panama Canal and up the East Coast of the United States. Anna heard good things about Projectline long before she applied for her job here and is enthusiastic about her role as Campaign Desk Coordinator. It’s not all work: Anna is a lifelong traveler in Latin America and put her time on the yacht to good use by honing her Spanish skills, exploring the food of eight different countries, and training for a marathon in Panama City. She loves running, reading, and other respectable activities but has to confess that she also enjoys shopping and spends more time than she probably should following celebrity gossip.

I [...]

It wasn’t very long ago that I was interviewing at Projectline (read the story of how I got my foot in the door here). Over the last several weeks though, I had the opportunity to sit on the other side of the conference table and participate in panel interviews for the newest member of our [...]

Careers, Marketing Musings

Sure, it’s impressive that 9 million people follow Kim Kardashian on Twitter but you have to wonder what her followers are actually getting from the relationship. I don’t blame you if you’re skeptical when it comes to Twitter. I used to be skeptical too. But then it changed my life. No, really, it did. Back [...]
