D’Laina’s diverse background includes account management, business development, managing global logistics, and over 5 years of project management experience. Her recent experience includes roles as a project manager at a software development firm, a stint with Microsoft’s Corporate Market Research and Insights Division, and her latest role as the engagement manager for Microsoft’s Virtual Kellogg On Marketing Program. Her interest and knowledge in social media has helped her lead successful campaigns. It’s not all work: D’Laina’s spare time is spent volunteering, mainly as a coach in a leadership program. She loves to travel the world, and has over 104 cities and 21 countries under her belt.
