Norm is a database developer who has worked with structured relational data for over 20 years and with Microsoft SQL Server since 1996. During that time, he's worked for companies you've heard of (Expedia, Microsoft, Getty Images) and companies you probably haven't (SeaMed, Cogenix, Who's Calling). Norm has also worked as a Program Manager and Development Manager and has had some Product Management training, so he gets excited about big picture business cases as well as the database details. It's not all work: Norm is an avid reader, and spends the weekends rocking the dance floor with his classic rock cover band Shotgun Wedding. Norm is married with three adult daughters, and is currently helping plan (and pay for) two weddings.
