HR Generalist/Recruiter
Projectline is searching for an HR Generalist to join us at one of the Northwest’s Best Companies! This position reports to and partners with the HR Manager.
Database Business Intelligence (BI) Developer
Projectline is looking for seasoned database developers to join our growing business intelligence and reporting practice. In this role you will be working on a high profile project just getting underway. You will work with our team to deliver a data warehouse and reporting platform for an enterprise level product.
As a member of this exceptional team you will initially be responsible for using your SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) knowledge and database development skills to bring web analytics data into a staging environment. From there our team will work on building out a customized BI and reporting platform that will scale to millions of users as a SaaS based initiative. You will provide database design expertise, advanced database development skills, and creative solutions.
Marketing Operations Manager
The Marketing Operations Manager is a multifaceted management position in our Marketing Organization that requires excellent skills in Account, Client, and People management.
You should have a comprehensive understanding of the role of field marketing in driving business development and customer pipeline growth as leads move from marketing to sales execution. In addition, you should have a technical grasp of the marketing operations function and the software and business processes that enable accurate tracking, lead management, and reporting.
The successful manager will be adept at managing a large and diverse cross section of staff and sub-accounts and possess a proven track record in effectively hiring, developing, and retaining talented staff.
As part of a critical and rapidly growing division within Projectline, candidates must also possess a passion for business development and a successful track record of spotting opportunities and identifying the right business and staffing solutions to meet client needs and budgets.
Web Analyst
Projectline is looking for a strong analyst who can work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and real time feedback and understanding is needed. You must be able to analyze data from web analytics tools and create customized reports calculating key performances indicators, primary metrics, and trends in website optimization as well as writing analysis that includes action items for improving performance of KPI’s and identifying key levers to grow the business.

Web Development Engineer
Projectline is looking for a seasoned web development engineer with a passion for supporting the development of a social networking offering aimed at the health care industry. You will join a team that is helping build out an application that will provide a framework for collaboration within the healthcare community.

Program Manager, Email and Marketing Database Management
In this role, you will help drive the implementation and best practices for email campaign management and marketing list development. You have a passion for marketing and data and will work with the Projectline team to drive and evolve return on investment (ROI) around the implementation of a new email marketing platform. Should have a solutions engineering background to manage business needs and prioritize against the technical implementation of new tools.
