Projectline Ranks No. 279 on the 2008 Inc. 500 List
Seattle, USA – 2008/08/29
Inc. magazine ranked Projectline Services, Inc. #279 on its 27th annual Inc. 500 list. Featuring the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., this list takes a comprehensive look at the thriving businesses founded by America’s most inventive, independent-minded entrepreneurs. Companies such as Zappos, Intuit, GoDaddy, Under Armour, Jamba Juice, American Apparel, Oracle, and hundreds of other organizations were early members of the Inc. 500.
“If you want to find out which companies are going to change the world, look at the Inc. 500,” said Inc. Editor Jane Berentson. “These are the most innovative, dynamic companies in the nation—the ones coming up with solutions to some of our knottiest problems, creating systems that let us conduct business faster and easier, and manufacturing products we soon discover we can’t live without. The Inc. 500 list is Inc. magazine’s tribute to American business ingenuity and ambition.”
Projectline is especially delighted with this news because rapid growth was never one of its goals—instead, it seems that growing fast is byproduct of the ethical and people-focused business practices for which Projectline is known. “We work hard to expand our business smartly, which sometimes means growing a little slower,” said Projectline Vice President Anika Lehde. “Making this list is proof that we can control our growth, keep our boutique feel and reputation, and still meet increasing client demand. It is really exciting.”
